Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Manager of Implementations to join our team, responsible for leading the implementation phase of our customer relationship. Your Role:
In this role, you will be responsible for managing a team of Implementation Analysts, working closely with a Customer Success Manager to drive customer success, and identifying areas for improvement in Implementation Analyst development. You will also be required to coordinate end-to-end implementation processes, manage multiple concurrent projects, and drive customers through the Enable Customer Journey.
