Job Opportunity: Complex Care Support Worker

Complex care support workers provide exceptional support to individuals with physical and mental health disabilities.

This role involves supporting individuals with daily living skills, assisting with social and recreational activities, and promoting a healthier lifestyle.

Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Establish strong working relationships with staff/management, participants, their family, and friends to achieve positive outcomes.
  • Collaborate effectively with stakeholders to explore new goals and ambitions.
  • Deliver high-quality support in line with participants' plans, needs, and wants.

Additional Duties for this role include but are not limited to:

  • Personal care and hygiene support.
  • Supporting individuals with complex behaviours which can involve physical/verbal aggression.
  • Domestic duties including meal preparation, cleaning, and laundry.
  • Transportation of participants to appointments and activities.
  • Facilitating social and community participation.
