Job Title: Personal Support Specialist

We are seeking experienced and compassionate personal support specialists to join our team. As a personal support specialist, you will provide high-quality care services to clients in various settings, prioritizing their independence and quality of life.

This role involves delivering exceptional care services, including aged, disability, transitional, palliative care, hospital, and community care. If you have experience in community care and a genuine passion for making a difference, we encourage you to apply.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide person-centered care that caters to the unique needs of each client
  • BUILD STRONG RELATIONSHIPS with clients and their families
  • Work collaboratively as part of a team to achieve excellent outcomes
  • Maintain accurate records and reports to ensure seamless service delivery
Requirements:
  • Certificate III or IV in Aged Care, Disability Services, or Individual Support
  • Australian National Police check (or willing to obtain NDIS worker screening check)
  • Current Working with Children Check
  • First aid and CPR certification (current or willing to obtain)
  • Smart mobile phone for efficient communication
  • Valid Australian Driver's License and Car for transportation purposes
  • Covid Vaccinations for client safety

  • High level of time management and organizational ability
