At ACS Australia, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to fill the role of Executive Support to our President. This is an exceptional opportunity for someone who is passionate about supporting the leadership of a prominent technology association.

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to the President, ensuring the smooth operation of the President's office and contributing to the overall success of ACS Australia. Key responsibilities include:

  • Calendar Management: Manage the President's schedule, coordinating meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Governance Coordination: Coordinate governance events and appointments, as well as assist in reviewing and managing organisational policies and procedures.
  • Event Planning: Organise and manage logistics for meetings, events, and conferences, collaborating with cross-functional teams to support strategic initiatives and engagement activities.
  • Project Assistance: Support and coordinate projects related to corporate transformation initiatives and other frameworks, assisting in special projects and initiatives.
  • Strategic Analysis: Prepare summaries and reports to support executive meetings and presentations, gathering and summarising relevant data related to industry trends, corporate transformation efforts, and governance issues.

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a strong educational background, preferably in Business Administration or a related field, and a minimum of 5 years' experience as an executive assistant or in a similar role. You should possess excellent written and verbal communication skills, attention to detail, and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
