  • About the Role:A key position that will be a part of the company's HR team, focusing on business partnership and strategy implementation.
  • Key Responsibilities:
    • Implement HR strategies and initiatives to support business objectives.
    • Collaborate with business leaders to understand their objectives and develop HR initiatives.
    • Provide expert guidance and support on HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
    • Manage full cycle of employee relations, including employee complaints and investigations.
    • Work with recruitment consultant to ensure effective recruitment and selection processes.
    • Support performance management processes, including goal setting and employee development plans.
  • Requirements:
    • Generalist HR experience across a range of people and culture activities.
    • Innovative, someone who pushes for excellence with a proven track record in delivering contemporary HR practices.
    • Proven ability to build effective relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
    • Demonstrated problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
    • Approachable and able to relate well to a range of different people.
    • Well organized and self-motivated.
    • Team-player - cooperate effectively with the team and work collaboratively to achieve personal/department/company goals.
    • Relevant tertiary qualifications.
