We are currently seeking a Senior Human Resources Business Partner to join our clients talented HR team. You will play a pivotal role in shaping the company's HR strategy.

**Position Overview**:
As a Senior Human Resources Business Partner, you will act as a strategic advisor and partner to the senior leadership team, providing expert guidance on a wide range of HR matters. You will drive HR initiatives that align with business goals, enhance employee engagement, and support organizational effectiveness. This role requires a proactive, strategic thinker with a strong background in HR management and a passion for fostering a positive organizational culture.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Strategic Partnership**: Collaborate with senior leaders to understand business needs and develop HR strategies that align with overall organizational objectives.
- **Talent Management**: Lead efforts in talent acquisition, development, and retention to ensure we attract and retain top talent.
- **Organizational Development**: Implement and manage programs that support organizational growth and development, including performance management, succession planning, and leadership development.
- **HR Metrics and Reporting**: Utilize HR data and analytics to measure the effectiveness of HR initiatives and inform strategic decision-making.
- **Compliance and Risk Management**: Ensure adherence to all legal and regulatory requirements related to employment practices and provide guidance on risk management.
- **Case Management**:

- **Performance Management**

**Qualifications**:

- **Education**: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. HR certification (e.g., SHRM-SCP, PHR) is highly desirable.
- **Experience**: Minimum of 5 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 2 years in a senior HR business partner or similar strategic role.
- **Current National Police Clearance**: completed within the last 12 months
