Job Opportunity: Clinical Leadership Role

CatholicCare Diocese of Broken Bay seeks a skilled professional to lead their Intensive Family Preservation (IFP) program. This permanent part-time position offers 30.4 hours of work per week, with flexibility in hours across four or five days.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing crisis management advice and guidance to staff to ensure safe and effective case management
  • Effective supervision and support of team members
  • Maintaining accurate program reporting and compliance

The ideal candidate will have experience in supervising and training multidisciplinary teams, as well as demonstrated networking and advocacy skills. A strong ability to manage crisis situations is essential.

Requirements:

  • Experience in clinical leadership and team supervision
  • Proven ability to build relationships and collaborate with diverse stakeholders
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • A valid Criminal History Check and Working With Children Check
