Intensive Family Preservation Specialist

We seek a seasoned professional to provide high-quality support services to families in need.

This permanent full-time position requires a qualified and experienced specialist to work with children, young people, and their families to promote their safety and well-being.

  • Establish a safe and supportive environment for clients through trauma-informed practice.
  • Develop comprehensive case plans and maintain accurate and relevant case records.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure optimal outcomes for clients.
Requirements

To excel in this role, you will need:

  • A bachelor's degree or higher in Social Work or a related field.
  • Relevant experience in Intensive Family Preservation or a similar field.
  • Familiarity with attachment theory and a commitment to evidence-based practice.
  • A strong understanding of relational dynamics.
  • Demonstrated experience working with vulnerable populations.
