Job Summary

The role of Investment Governance Manager is critical to the success of our internal investment strategies.

This position involves managing the governance process and supporting artifacts for internal investment strategies, ensuring compliance with legislation and internal governance frameworks and processes.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Support investors with end-to-end management of internal investment strategy implementation, including obtaining necessary approvals and working closely with internal teams.
  • Manage the process for creating, reviewing, and managing internal investment mandates and investment strategy statements.
  • Collaborate with senior stakeholders across the organisation to ensure mandates are effectively executed, monitored, and reviewed.
  • Ensure that internal investment strategies are compliant with legislation and internal governance frameworks and processes.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Tertiary qualifications in Commerce, Finance, Business Management or a related field.
  • Extensive experience in investment governance, portfolio management, or related fields.
