Investment Governance Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Investment Governance Specialist to join our team. As an Investment Governance Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring the effective governance and risk management of our investment activities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement investment governance frameworks and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry best practices.
- Monitor and review investment activity to identify potential risks and opportunities for improvement.
- Provide regular reporting and analysis to stakeholders on investment performance and risk exposure.
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop and implement strategic plans to improve investment governance and risk management.
Requirements:
- Investment compliance experience (3+ years) from a fund or investment management background.
- A strong understanding of fund or investment management processes, including the drivers behind market movements and knowledge of asset manager processes.
- Strong Excel skills are essential.
- Tertiary qualification and/or industry-specific qualification.
- Experience with a Big 4 or mid-tier professional services firm preferred but not essential.
