Job Overview

We are seeking a highly organized and communicative Strategic Talent Sourcing Specialist to support our recruitment efforts during a critical period of growth. As a key member of our Talent Acquisition team, you will play a vital role in ensuring seamless candidate experience and efficient recruitment processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring teams across multiple departments
  • Manage candidate communication, including interview confirmations, follow-ups, and feedback
  • Assist with job postings, candidate sourcing, and screening
  • Maintain and update our Applicant Tracking System (ATS), ensuring all candidate data is accurate and up-to-date
  • Support the onboarding process by assisting with background checks, reference verification, and preparing new hire paperwork
  • Collaborate closely with recruiters and hiring managers to ensure a smooth, efficient recruitment process
  • Provide general administrative support to the Talent Acquisition team
Requirements
  • Prior experience in recruitment coordination, HR, or an administrative role
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Able to manage multiple priorities and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion
  • Proactive attitude and ability to work both independently and as part of a team
