This role will provide high-quality advice and coaching to leaders on staff and employment matters, leveraging expertise in complex case management, people policy interpretation, return to work strategies, and cyclical people change activities.
The Opportunity
- Support leaders with talent forecasting, planning, and strategic talent challenges.
- Provide expert coaching and advice to senior leaders, fostering a strong leadership culture.
- Facilitate initiatives aligned with regional and global people strategies.
- Partner with specialist functions to design key initiatives tailored to business needs.
- Elevate client experiences by coordinating with People Services Operations & Advisory teams.
Is this role right for you?
- Generalist HR or ER experience with depth in relationship-focused consulting and complex case management.
- Strong understanding of policies, practices, and employment frameworks, with sound judgment and commerciality.
- Employment law knowledge and proactive attitude to trends, needs, and legislative changes.
- Successful record of building trusted relationships and reaching agreements that balance goals and interests.
- Ability to build relationships quickly, both in-person and over the phone.
