Job Summary:

Randstad is currently recruiting for an experienced Administrative Support Specialist to join a leading Federal Government agency. This is a temporary position with potential extension. Hourly Rate $46.39

About the Team:

The Administrative Support Specialist will provide a range of specialist and general administrative support services to Federal Prosecutors. The team is focused on delivering timely, quality services to support the day-to-day needs of the legal practice.

Primary Outcomes and Accountabilities:

The Administrative Support Specialist is responsible for providing a range of specialist and general administrative support services to the legal practice. This includes:

  1. Office Administration: Financial management, procurement, facilities management, property administration, and security administration.
  2. Case Administration: Court preparation activities, business and digital litigation systems support, court liaison and diary management.
  3. Executive Support: Secretariat services, records management, building rapport and maintaining internal and external relationships.
  4. Communication: Responding to enquiries and providing accurate advice in a timely manner, identifying and escalating issues to senior team members.
  5. Professional Development: Undertaking appropriate learning and development activities as required.

Requirements:

The successful candidate must be an Australian Citizen and will be required to complete a minimum Baseline Security Clearance with the Australian Government Security Vetting Agency.
