Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Regional Resident Wellbeing Manager to join our team. This role will provide leadership, coaching, and strategic direction to a team of resident health and wellbeing coordinators across NSW and QLD.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Working collaboratively with operational teams to deliver the resident wellbeing program
  • SUPPORTING THE WIDER SSW BUSINESS FUNCTION WITH KEY INITIATIVES AS REQUIRED
  • Assisting in the recruitment and onboarding of team members
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):
  • Ensuring service delivery meets program-related KPIs
  • Providing leadership, support, and guidance to wellbeing coordinators
  • Having a growth mindset and continuous improvement
Required Skills and Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A degree qualification in an Allied Health profession
  • Relevant industry experience in Aged Care/Health sector and/or working with seniors
  • Relevant clinical experience with health promotion, service planning, and service delivery with preventative health/wellbeing programs or initiatives
  • A current Australian Driving Licence
  • Leadership experience - managing a team and developing others
  • Exceptional stakeholder management skills
  • Exceptional budget management skills
  • Exceptional communication and influencing skills
  • Current First Aid certificate (desirable)
  • Postgraduate qualifications in a relevant field (desirable)
