We are seeking an experienced Night Audit Supervisor to oversee the efficient operations of our resort during overnight hours. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring a seamless guest experience by checking in late arrivals, managing daily financial transactions, and performing end-of-day reporting tasks.
The Night Audit Supervisor will also be responsible for assisting outlets and departments with day-to-day activities, handling issues or emergencies, and delivering exceptional customer service.
Requirements
- Full availability to work a rotating roster Sunday - Saturday is essential for this role.
- A minimum of previous night auditor experience in a 4-5 star hotel/resort environment is required.
- PMS experience, particularly with Opera, and proficiency in MS Office applications are highly valued.
- An understanding of financial processes, information, and data is necessary for success in this position.
- Multi-outlet night audit experience with a high attention to detail and excellent administration skills are required.
- Knowledge and understanding of emergency medical, evacuation, fire protection, and security procedures are also necessary.
