Our team is seeking a highly skilled Night Operations Supervisor to oversee the smooth functioning of our resort during overnight hours. This role is responsible for ensuring seamless guest experiences, managing daily financial transactions, and facilitating effective communication between departments.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee night audit process, ensuring accuracy of end-of-day processes, revenue, transactions, payments collected, security, and reporting.
  • Facilitate guest check-ins and check-outs, providing information on accommodation, rates, and amenities.
  • Monitor and address overnight operational or guest issues and emergencies.
  • Communicate effectively with other departments to ensure guest needs are met.
  • Conduct audits, identify improvements, and implement changes.
  • Comply with policies, procedures, and safety standards.
Requirements
  • Previous night auditor experience in a front office 4-5 star hotel/resort environment.
  • Understanding of financial processes, information, and data.
  • Multi-outlet night audit experience with high attention to detail, excellent administration, and organizational skills.
  • Knowledge and understanding of emergency medical, evacuation, fire protection, and security procedures.
  • First Aid + CPR certificate.
  • Current driver's license.
  • RSA certificate.
  • Hold or ability to obtain a Qld Working with Children Check Blue Card.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment.
  • Excellent personal presentation.
