About the Opportunity

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Night Audit Supervisor to join our rooms division team. You will be responsible for overseeing the efficient operations of the resort during the overnights 10.30pm-6.30am, checking in late arrivals ensuring a seamless guest experience, daily financial transactions, end of day reporting, assisting the outlets and departments with day-to-day activities, handling issues or emergencies and customer service is consistently delivered to a high standard.



What you'll need to be successful
  • Full availability to work a rotating roster Sunday - Saturday
  • Previous night auditor experience & knowledge in a front office 4-5 star hotel/resort environment
  • PMS experience, Opera preferred + Proficient in MS Office applications
  • Understanding of financial processes, information & data
  • Multi outlet night audit experience, with a high attention to detail, excellent administration and organisational skills
  • Knowledge and understanding of emergency medical, evacuation, fire protection and security procedures
  • First Aid + CPR certificate
  • RSA certificate
  • Hold or ability to obtain a Qld Working with Children Check Blue Card
  • Excellent communication skills and work well in a team environment
  • Excellent personal presentation
