
Strategic Insurance Partnerships Lead

Drive the growth of an Insurance operation through strategic thinking, relationship building, and market analysis. This role requires a proactive approach to identifying opportunities, developing long-term strategies, and fostering collaborative relationships with internal teams and external partners.
About the Role:
- Research and identify new business opportunities including potential clients, partnerships and market segments
- Develop and recommend long-term strategies aligned with organizational goals
- Maintain a deep understanding of the market landscape, including competitors, trends and customer needs to identify opportunities for growth
- Manage the planning, execution and monitoring of strategic projects
- Lead negotiations to establish beneficial arrangements for the business
- Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with internal and external stakeholders
About You:
- Demonstrated success in a Business Development Manager role (or similar position) within an Insurance business
- Possess a deep understanding of insurance products and their features
- A proven track record in sales within the insurance sector, with measurable results
- Experience in developing and executing business development strategies to drive growth
- Strong commercial acumen and analytical skills
- Exceptional communications and relationship building skills, with the ability to influence at all levels, both inside and outside the organisation
