Job Opportunity

This is a Senior Consultant role within a Governance, Risk and Compliance team.

The successful candidate will leverage their internal audit, financial, compliance and risk management expertise in an advisory capacity to clients on the strength of their internal controls and governance processes as well as compliance and risk maturity.

Key Responsibilities
  • Consult with clients on how best to establish effective governance arrangements, implement business process controls and assist them in measuring business performance and risk management.
  • Work collaboratively with multiple client engagement teams across various sectors to assess governance, risk management, contract management and internal control frameworks.
  • Deliver programs of work to assess and uplift or provide assurance over frameworks, processes, risks and controls.
  • Lead junior team members on a day-to-day basis, mentoring and providing professional development.
  • Develop strong relationships with clients and stakeholders to support the identification of opportunities for future business.
Requirements
  • A broad range of tertiary qualifications such as business, commerce, accounting, data analytics and related disciplines.
  • Ability to develop rapport and build strong relationships with a variety of stakeholders at different levels of organisations.
  • Ability to coach and guide junior members of the team.
  • Excellent communication skills both verbal and written, including ability to manage a variety of stakeholders.
