Strategic Advisor

KordaMentha seeks professionals who are interested in providing guidance and support to governments, not-for-profits and the private sector on a range of complex commercial and financial challenges.

We are looking for mid-career consultants who can deliver strategic, commercial and financial advice in an agile and client focused environment.

This role offers a hands-on apprenticeship with experienced partners who pride themselves in being deeply involved in the work.

As a Strategic Advisor, you'll play a key role in a growing team, working with clients and engagements teams to deliver complex projects and supporting business development activities.

  • 4-6 years of financial, commercial or restructuring consulting experience
  • Bachelor's degree in commerce, finance, economics, accounting, business, engineering, international business, sustainability or related discipline
  • Capability to build and review financial models and lead financial analysis
  • Direct experience using qualitative and quantitative analysis to solve problems and inform decision-making
  • Executive-level oral and written communication skills
  • Strong leadership and coaching skills, with experience managing teams and engagements
  • Excellent relationship building skills and ability to collaborate effectively with diverse client and internal stakeholders

You should be willing to contribute to business development activities and develop your own fields of specialisation and network of professional contacts.
