About the Role We are seeking a Learning and Development Specialist to deliver engaging training experiences across onboarding, guest service and career development. This role plays a key part in building confidence and capability across our restaurants, supporting programs such as Ignite, Ember and Flame. Key Responsibilities:
  • Facilitate high-quality workshops that reflect our brand values and engage learners at every level
  • Deliver training sessions that meet operational needs and collect regular feedback
  • Support content development and maintain consistency across delivery methods
  • Coordinate learning sessions, schedules and logistics to ensure smooth program execution
  • Work with stakeholders to tailor learning to operational needs and collect regular feedback
  • Monitor engagement, generate reports and share insights with the L&D team
  • Reinforce food safety, hygiene and WHS standards during training and evaluations

You will work closely with Franchise Partners, Restaurant Leaders and internal stakeholders to bring learning programs to life and support continuous improvement.
