Job Opportunity

This role focuses on delivering premium training experiences, updating the calendar of learning activities, tracking registration data and coordinating speakers for sessions.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Administration (50%): update the learning schedule, track and monitor registration spreadsheets, coordinate training days, develop slides for sessions, and ensure attendance records are available.
  • Premium Programs (10%): deliver premium training programs, familiarize yourself with luxury offerings, and ensure training is rolled out according to set timelines.
  • Quality Assurance (20%): identify trainers within departments, upskill and drive performance against Quality metrics, develop a community of trainers, and monitor progress.
  • System Management and Reporting (10%): work with stakeholders to roll out Learning Management System, provide regular reporting, ensure learning trackers are up-to-date, and continually update employee profiles with learning progress.
  • Performance Review Process Coordination (5%): roll out and upskill leaders on Leadership Capability Framework, coordinate Performance Review process, and provide systems training on review process.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Background in service industries, ideally in hospitality, but not essential.
  • Certificate IV in Training & Assessment qualified.
  • Advanced communication skills.
  • Strong stakeholder management.
  • Versatility to facilitate, develop content, and ensure all administrative tasks are kept up-to-date.
