Learning and Development Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Learning and Development professional to join our team. This role will focus on creating and delivering high-quality learning experiences, as well as supporting the development needs of our organization.

Main Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement comprehensive learning programs for new hires, including partnering with stakeholders to identify training needs and designing effective curriculum.
  • Design and deliver engaging instructor-led workshops and learning events on various topics, such as leadership development, communication skills, and teamwork.
  • Create eLearning content and on-demand resources to support self-paced learning and improve knowledge retention.
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts to design and deliver internal and external speaker series, as well as identify relevant digital resources.
  • Support the implementation and administration of a Learning Management System.
  • Partner with HR and other stakeholders to develop and deliver performance management training initiatives.
Requirements
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a Learning and Development role, with at least 3 years delivering and facilitating training programs.
  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • Excellent facilitation and presentation skills.
  • Experience designing and delivering virtual learning sessions.
  • eLearning training and digital resources design and development experience.
  • Strong collaboration and partnering skills, including strong listening and questioning skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making capability.
  • Excellent project management skills.
  • A growth mindset, curiosity, and ability to adapt to organizational needs.
  • Self-driven and motivated individual comfortable taking initiative and executing high-quality work product.
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills.
