Job Opportunity: Civil Incident Response Team

This role is an exciting opportunity to work on a major infrastructure project based out of West Pennant Hills. As a civil incident response team member, you will be responsible for performing various tasks including civil maintenance and incident response.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform civil maintenance tasks as required to ensure the integrity of our infrastructure
  • Respond to incidents in a safe and timely manner to minimize disruptions and risks
  • Operate construction equipment and machinery to efficiently manage tasks and projects
  • Work collaboratively with a team to achieve project goals and objectives

Requirements:

  • Hold a current MR Licence to operate heavy vehicles safely and competently
  • Tow truck licence highly desirable for added versatility in responding to incidents
  • Current Traffic Control ticket and experience on Truck Mounted Attenuator (preferred) for enhanced safety management
  • Previous incident response experience ideal for building on existing skills and knowledge
  • Experience in Maintenance and construction equipment operation highly desirable for efficient task management
  • Demonstrate a strong commitment to a Zero Harm culture to ensure a safe working environment
  • Ability to work overtime when required to meet project deadlines and objectives
  • Basic computer skills for data entry and record-keeping purposes
