Role Overview

Samsung is seeking a seasoned Digital Sales Strategist Leader to spearhead the Mobile Experience (MX) Sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth, units sold, and margin achievement by developing and executing strategic sales plans.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee staffing, training, and performance evaluations for the Sales team to enhance people capability and retention.
  • Develop and implement digital sales strategies to accommodate division goals.
  • Direct sales forecasting activities and set performance goals.
  • Analyze market trends to determine customer needs and pricing information.
  • Manage day-to-day operations, including budget management and application.
  • Analyze sales statistics to formulate policy and assist customers in promoting sales.
  • Deliver sales presentations to key clients in coordination with account managers.
Digital Leadership & Strategy

The successful candidate will possess extensive senior retail channel sales management experience, leading and motivating large sales teams. Strong analytical skills with demonstrated budget/P&L management experience are essential. The ideal candidate will also have strong interpersonal, presentation, and negotiation skills to influence at all levels.

Location & Work Environment
