About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Digital Innovation Strategist to join our team in this exciting role. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving innovation and digital transformation across our business.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data, martech, or digital roles, with experience in strategy, insights, or sales. They will be passionate about leveraging data-driven solutions to drive business growth and deliver exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement data-driven strategies to drive business growth and improve customer engagement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and deliver innovative digital solutions.
  • Work closely with internal stakeholders, clients, agencies, and data partners to understand their needs and develop tailored solutions.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in data management platforms, martech initiatives, and attribution studies.
  • Provide expert knowledge of proprietary JCDecaux research tools and external data platforms to support business decisions.
Requirements
  • Experience working within a data, martech, or digital role, preferably in strategy, insights, or sales.
  • Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
  • Knowledge of current media research and industry tools and data offerings.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Data literacy and proficiency in Excel, SQL, or similar tools.
  • Relevant tertiary qualification in Marketing, Statistics, or equivalent.
