As a Digital Transformation Strategist, you will play a key role in developing strategies to help healthcare providers leverage Microsoft technologies, resources, and ecosystem to address key challenges and opportunities. You will work closely with a virtual team of specialists focused on the healthcare industry, Microsoft partners, and independent software vendors.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute strategies to drive digital transformation initiatives within the healthcare sector
  • Collaborate with customers to identify opportunities and challenges, and develop tailored solutions using Microsoft technologies
  • Work with cross-functional teams to design and implement technology roadmaps and execution plans
  • Owning executive customer relationships, creating long-term strategies, and orchestrating teams to provide solutions
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business or related field
  • 6+ years of technical consulting, technical consultative selling, business consulting, practice building, or related technical/sales experience
  • Experience working with customers to drive digital transformation in a technical consulting or technical sales role
  • An understanding of how to build a technical strategy and roadmap, gaining executive buy-in, and how to orchestrate a team to execute against that plan
  • Passion for and knowledge of a range of technical solutions such as artificial intelligence, cyber security, cloud platforms, business applications, and productivity tools
