About the Opportunity

Bazaarvoice is a leading provider of solutions that connect brands and retailers with billions of consumers worldwide. We are seeking a skilled Digital Solutions Strategist to join our team in Austin, Texas.

As a Digital Solutions Strategist, you will play a crucial role in cultivating high-quality opportunities for our clients. You will work closely with our Sales teams to develop deep understanding of Bazaarvoice product offerings and present the right solutions to meet client needs. This is an excellent opportunity to utilize your technical expertise and business acumen to drive sales cycles and deliver exceptional results.

Key Responsibilities
  • Expedite sales cycles while advocating for clients
  • Work directly with Account Executives and Account Directors to ensure alignment between client needs and solution capabilities
  • Cultivate and maintain a deep understanding of Bazaarvoice product offerings through research and collaboration with various teams
  • Enable assigned sales teams by coaching them on new product features, offerings, and recent deprecations
  • Present product demos, ROI models, and technical overviews
  • Respond to RFPs, RFIs, and Security Questionnaires with speed and precision
  • Build and deliver ROI models to showcase the value of recommended solutions

Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in a client-facing role at a software company
  • Previous software sales, presales, consulting, or client-facing engineering experience
  • Curiosity and passion for learning
  • Experience selling enterprise software
  • Well-honed business acumen and technical mind
  • Effective written, verbal, and presentation skills
  • Ability to quickly solve complex problems in creative ways
  • Thriving in a fast-paced environment with rapid change
  • Autonomy and accountability to oneself, team, and organization
