Effective Production Management: Key to Success

We are seeking a skilled Factory Systems Coordinator to play a key role in maintaining effective production management in our site ERP system.

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing operational support for all production order processing, ERP process training and compliance, generation and maintenance of label formats and ERP bill of materials.

Key Responsibilities include:

  • Effective data management within the ERP system
  • Closure of production orders daily and rectification of errors in a timely manner
  • Assistance with new product creation in factory systems
  • Implementation of label data changes in production labelling systems
  • Training of new users of the ERP system as required

About You:

  • Experience in Microsoft AX or similar ERP software is essential
  • Demonstrated understanding of manufacturing processes and data management
  • Proficiency in IT solutions and labelling systems an advantage
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and collaboration skills
