ERP Systems Support Analyst

Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and experienced ERP systems support analyst to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing technical support for our in-house developed web and mobile ERP solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide first-line technical support for ERP systems as an analyst
  • Work closely with internal users and third parties to diagnose problems and provide training within Service Level Agreements (SLAs)
  • Maintain system configuration and master data
  • Document bugs and change requests
  • Perform database maintenance using SQL
  • Interrogate databases to identify problems
  • Propose and script solutions to fix bad data
  • Perform ad-hoc data extracts and mass updates
  • Design, build, test, and implement reports
  • Interrogate systems using Java and JavaScript
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • 3-5 years' experience in a similar support role
  • Experience using IT service management tools (Atlassian Jira highly regarded)
  • Strong SQL skills
  • Programming skills in Java or JavaScript
  • Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or equivalent
