ERP Infrastructure Role

The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in optimizing the ERP system, ensuring seamless integration across various departments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide infrastructure and general IT support to the office.
  • Identify ERP needs through consultation, business process analysis, and observations.
  • Evaluate the existing ERP setup and recommend system improvements.
  • Develop and configure customized ERP solutions.
  • Deploy ERP solutions and ensure smooth system integration.
  • Provide ERP end-user training and technical support.
  • Document ERP processes and prepare deployment progress updates.
  • Manage external vendors and developers enhancing the ERP platform and integrated apps.
  • Keep stakeholders informed of changes and updates to the platform.
  • Stay informed about the latest ERP developments, upgrades, and offerings.

Requirements:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics Business Central is essential.
  • Experience with native reporting and Power BI.
  • Familiarity with Supply, Finance, and CSR functions.
  • Strong knowledge of business processes, ERP development tools, and project management toolsets.
  • Excellent interpersonal, collaboration, and communication skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Eagerness to learn best practices in Business Applications.
  • Exceptional problem-solving and analytical abilities.
  • Capable of troubleshooting end-users' general IT issues.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills.
  • Bachelor's degree minimum.
