Your New Role

You will work closely with our IT Executive Manager to support the Epicor ERP system and infrastructure across global operations. You will be responsible for delivering ERP projects with a strong focus on process improvement.

You will work within a supportive team environment where your contribution will be valued and recognized.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Administering the Epicor ERP and other business systems
  • Supporting users of the ERP system including troubleshooting, system functions, escalation of issues with vendors, reporting and training
  • Enhancing business processes and workflows connected with the use of the ERP system across all functional areas
  • Managing documentation on system architecture and configurations
  • Handling day-to-day Level 1 and Level 2 support
  • Building relationships with users, IT service providers and management to identify and resolve issues associated with system implementation or business process changes
  • Proposing alternative processes, solutions and technologies likely to bring about high-quality solutions

Requirements:

  • Tertiary qualification in IT, Information Systems or equivalent years of experience working with ERP systems
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in a similar IT or Business Analyst role
  • ERP System support experience with a preference for Epicor
  • Experience in writing SQL queries and maintaining SQL databases
  • Advanced Excel skills to integrate with SQL databases will be highly regarded
  • Previous experience in managing ERP Upgrade or Implementations will be advantageous
  • Knowledge of Cyber Security
