Job Description

The role of Retail Excellence Manager is critical to ensuring excellence in store performance across the 7-Eleven network. As a leader, you will directly oversee the performance of between 10 – 14 stores and use your experience to coach and mentor Store Leaders and Franchisees to execute on our customer ambition.

You will be someone who gets a buzz out of helping others be the best they can be, while at the same time driving excellence in store execution and customer service.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Demonstrated experience and background in delivering solutions within a retail environment.
  • A strong set of skills that allows you to be a high performance coach and builder of capability in your people.
  • Possession of passion for retail excellence and customer experience, fostering enthusiasm amongst the team and stores to bring our vision to life.
  • An strong critical thinker with the ability to understand, analyse, and navigate complex interpersonal dynamics and issues.
