Sterilization Technician Role

The primary objective of this role is to ensure that all medical equipment is properly cleaned, disinfected and sterilized according to National and International Standards.

Key responsibilities include performing sterilization procedures, handling and cleaning reusable medical devices in a busy hospital environment. This involves working closely with the healthcare team to maintain high standards of cleanliness and patient care.

As a Sterilization Technician, you will be responsible for ensuring that all equipment meets the required standards of cleanliness and sterility. Required skills and qualifications for this role include a Certificate in Sterilization Technology and the ability to work independently with strong organisational skills and knowledge of policies and procedures.
