Equipment Specialist
Key Responsibilities:We are seeking a highly skilled Equipment Specialist to join our production team. In this role, you will be responsible for the set-up, operation, and maintenance of various machines and equipment. Your primary focus will be on ensuring smooth production processes while maintaining high-quality standards.
Responsibilities include:
- Setting up and operating machine tools and equipment in accordance with established procedures.
- Monitoring equipment performance and identifying areas for improvement.
- Maintaining accurate records of equipment usage, downtime, and maintenance activities.
Required Skills:
- Proven experience working with machinery and equipment.
- Strong understanding of mechanical principles and safety protocols.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Work Environment:
This is a regular full-time position, Monday through Thursday, 3PM - 1AM, with mandatory overtime on Friday paid at time and a half. Training will be conducted on 1st shift, followed by transition to evening shift.

- Competitive hourly rate of $18.45, plus .55 shift differential.
