Cloud Voice Enterprise BDM Role

You will play a key role in the growth and development of our Microsoft Teams Phone business. We are seeking an experienced sales professional to build relationships with enterprise clients across industries, selling high-value cloud telephony solutions. This is a challenging opportunity for someone who thrives in complex environments with long sales cycles.

About the Role

This is a new logo acquisition strategy role for enterprise customers. You will be responsible for building pipeline from scratch using your existing network, outbound prospecting, and partner alignment (Microsoft, ISVs, etc.). The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of enterprise B2B sales experience, with a proven track record in telco, UCaaS, or cloud voice sales.

A deep understanding of Microsoft Teams Phone and cloud telephony solutions is essential. You will engage and influence decision-makers (CIOs, CTOs, Heads of Digital/IT, Procurement) and run full sales cycle from discovery to close — including quoting, scoping, and deal negotiation.

You will collaborate with internal teams (tech, ops, presales, support) to deliver tailored solutions and ensure smooth onboarding. Representing the company at industry events, roundtables, and within your network is also a key aspect of this role.

Weekly forecasting based on seat count targets will be required. A 'do what it takes' mindset and comfort working autonomously in a fast-moving, high-growth environment are necessary for success.


Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Proven track record in telco, UCaaS, or cloud voice sales
  • Demonstrated experience selling Microsoft Teams Phone, cloud telephony, and contact centre solutions
  • Ability to scope customer needs and quote accurately
  • Excellent communication, self-management, and problem-solving skills
  • Comfort working in complex environments with long sales cycles
