Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced sales professional to drive our growth in the cloud voice market. This is a greenfield role with no inherited pipeline, and we need someone who can build and execute a successful sales strategy from scratch.

The Role

  • Develop and execute a 6-12 month new logo acquisition plan for enterprise customers.
  • Build a pipeline of new business opportunities through outbound prospecting, partner alignment, and leveraging existing networks.
  • Engage with decision-makers (CIOs, CTOs, Heads of Digital/IT, Procurement) to promote cloud voice solutions.
  • Manage the sales cycle from discovery to close, including quoting, scoping, and deal negotiation.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions and ensure smooth onboarding.
  • Promote our brand at industry events and within professional networks.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive sales growth in the cloud voice market through strategic planning and execution.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including partners and decision-makers.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through proactive outreach and partnership development.
  • Effectively manage the sales cycle, from initial engagement to close, ensuring timely and accurate communication with clients.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative solutions that meet client needs.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in enterprise B2B sales, preferably in telco, UCaaS, or cloud voice.
  • Demonstrated success selling Microsoft Teams Phone, cloud telephony, and contact centre solutions.
  • A well-established network of decision-makers to leverage immediately.
  • Ability to sell into complex environments with long sales cycles.
  • Strong communication and self-management skills.
