Contract administrators play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth execution of construction projects. A Contract Administrator is responsible for overseeing all aspects of contract administration, including contract preparation, negotiation, execution, and monitoring.

They work closely with project managers and site teams to ensure compliance with contractual obligations and deadlines. The ideal candidate will be highly organised and detail-oriented, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities
  • Oversee contract preparation, negotiation, execution, and monitoring

  • Maintain accurate records and documentation
  • Provide support in resolving contract-related issues
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction management or a related field
  • At least 5 years of experience in Contract Administration within building construction
  • Experience working on defence projects is highly desired
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and contract management software
