  • We are seeking a highly skilled Project Coordinator to support our construction projects from inception to completion.

As a key member of our team, the Project Coordinator will be responsible for assisting in the planning, coordination, and execution of construction projects. This will involve collaborating with project managers, architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure project milestones are achieved. The successful candidate will also be responsible for maintaining project documentation, including contracts, permits, and project plans.

The ideal candidate will have excellent organisational and time management skills, as well as strong attention to detail with the ability to multitask and prioritise tasks effectively. They will also possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

">Key Responsibilities:">
  • Assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of construction projects.
  • Collaborate with project managers, architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure project milestones are achieved.
  • Maintain project documentation, including contracts, permits, and project plans.
  • Monitor project timelines, budget, and resources to ensure project objectives are met.
  • Assist in managing project schedules, tracking progress, and reporting project status to stakeholders.
  • Coordinate and facilitate project meetings, including preparing agendas, documenting minutes, and following up on action items.
  • Support procurement activities, including sourcing materials, obtaining quotes, and managing supplier relationships.
  • Perform regular site visits to monitor construction progress, identify potential issues, and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
  • Assist in preparing project reports, presentations, and other project-related documents as required.
">Requirements:">
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Experience working on Defence, Education, Health, and Commercial Projects.
  • Proven experience working on projects from $1m - $50m.
  • Demonstrated experience or exposure to construction sites.
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills.
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to multitask and prioritise tasks effectively.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project).
  • A proactive and self-motivated attitude, with the ability to take initiative and solve problems independently.
