Senior Patient Care Specialist

This Enrolled Nurse position involves working with a large team of healthcare professionals across multiple locations to provide high-quality patient care.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide outpatient assessment and health promotion services to patients under the supervision of a Registered Nurse.
- Assess patient needs and prioritize care accordingly.
- Initiate treatment for minor injuries and illnesses as appropriate.
- Current unconditional registration as an Enrolled Nurse (Division 2), General with the relevant national health authority.
- A minimum of 2 years full-time post-registration nursing experience within the last 5 years in an acute care or primary healthcare setting.
- Recent participation in Continuing Professional Development (CPD) activities.
- Certification in Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (HLTAID009).
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team to deliver safe, high-quality patient care.
