Job Title: Healthcare Service Planner

This role provides a recognised reference point and consistent broad level of influence regarding service planning and delivery to multi-disciplinary clinicians across a defined practice area.

The successful candidate will provide strategic direction and guidance to stakeholders, ensuring the effective development and implementation of healthcare services.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and implementing service plans that meet the needs of the community and align with organisational goals
  • Providing expert advice and guidance to clinicians and other stakeholders on service planning and delivery
  • Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to ensure effective communication and coordination of service delivery
  • Monitoring and evaluating service performance, identifying areas for improvement and developing strategies to address these

Required Qualifications:

A postgraduate qualification in a relevant field is an essential requirement for ongoing appointment to this role. Applicants without a postgraduate qualification may be considered for appointment on a fixed basis, subject to attaining the qualification during the fixed term.

Experience Level: Nurse Level 6 RDO

Remuneration Package: $175,892 - $182,860 (including salary $149,765 - $157,329)
