About the Opportunity

Key Responsibilities
  • Contribute to the development and delivery of health promotion materials that align with our organisational strategy.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues, particularly Aboriginal Health Practitioners and Community Engagement Workers, to deliver health promotion activities through community events and quality improvement exercises.
  • Design and implement effective health promotion strategies using social media platforms, iPads, and other health resources to enhance the health literacy of our clients.
  • Collaborate with program coordinators and the Primary Health Care team to implement health promotion activities as outlined in our health promotion plan.
  • Maintain effective relationships with key stakeholders to ensure the dissemination of health promotion information.
