About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Retail Operations Director to join our team at Brand Collective. In this role, you will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of our retail strategy across all channels.

Key Responsibilities
  • Strategic Planning: Contribute to the development of our business strategy, working closely with the leadership team to identify opportunities for growth and innovation.
  • Retail Strategy: Design and execute a comprehensive retail strategy that aligns with our brand direction and drives business results.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and motivate a high-performing team of retail professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure their success.
  • Customer Experience: Oversee the creation of exceptional customer experiences across all touchpoints, driving loyalty and maximizing sales.
Requirements
  • Leadership Experience: Proven track record in senior leadership roles, managing large teams and driving business growth.
  • Retail Expertise: Strong industry knowledge and experience in retail operations, with a focus on strategic planning and execution.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
  • Business Acumen: Ability to analyze financial data and make informed decisions to drive business results.
