The Role

We're seeking a highly skilled Retail Operations Director to lead our global channel trade and customer experience efforts. As a key member of our leadership team, you'll be responsible for driving excellence in sales techniques, merchandising, and inventory management across all our retail touchpoints. Your mission will be to deliver an exceptional customer experience in every Cotton On store around the world.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth and improve customer satisfaction
  • Lead a team of retail operations professionals to ensure seamless execution of our retail strategy
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive innovation and excellence in customer experience
  • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to inform business decisions

Requirements

  • Proven experience in retail operations, preferably in fashion or apparel
  • Strong understanding of retail operations, including sales techniques, merchandising, and inventory management
  • Exceptional leadership and communication skills with a track record of inspiring and developing teams
  • Deep customer intelligence, with an intimate understanding of the market and its trends
