About Your Mission:

As a seasoned retail leader, you'll be responsible for:

  • Leadership and Team Development: Foster a culture of excellence, collaboration, and continuous improvement among your State Managers and Stores teams.
  • Customer Experience: Champion a customer-centric approach, ensuring every interaction reflects our commitment to exceptional service and satisfaction.
  • Sales and Profitability: Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth, optimize product assortment, and maximize profitability across all stores.
  • Operational Excellence: Oversee all aspects of store operations, including inventory management, merchandising, compliance, and safety protocols, to ensure smooth and efficient workflows.
  • Strategic Planning: Collaborate with senior management to develop and execute long-term business strategies, identifying opportunities for expansion, innovation, and competitive advantage.

About Your Experience:

  • Proven Leadership Experience: A track record of success in retail management, with several years of experience in a senior leadership role.
