About This Role

We are seeking an Impact Investing Manager to join our team. As an Impact Investing Manager, you will work directly with our Head of Impact Investing to identify, analyze, and manage investment opportunities. You will also contribute to our strategic objectives by working closely with our Impact Investing Team.

Responsibilities

  • Support the Head of Impact Investing in identifying and executing strategic opportunities for impact investing.
  • Work as part of the Impact Investing Team to originate high-quality impact investment opportunities.
  • Create and lead impact investment due diligence, structuring, and funding recommendations.
  • Work with our Legal and Finance teams, and third-party legal firms to finalize and execute investment agreements.
  • Relationship manage and maintain a portfolio of our impact investments.
  • Drive impact investing capability building with our staff.
  • Build relationships with other investors to leverage capital into our investments.
  • Support our impact investing practice by engaging in market activities and representing us externally.
  • Lead and oversee projects, including managing external consultants and the Impact Investment Associate.

Requirements

  • Relevant undergraduate qualification with 6–8 years of professional experience, including impact investing or related fields.
  • Strong experience in financial analysis, modeling, and business plan assessment.
  • Proven ability to generate insights from complex datasets and present them clearly.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Organized, methodical, and able to manage competing priorities effectively.
  • Demonstrated judgment, attention to detail, and quality output.
