About the Role

The Impact Investing Manager will be a key player in shaping our impact investing strategy. This role requires a unique blend of financial acumen, analytical skills, and social impact expertise.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with the Head of Impact Investing to identify and execute strategic opportunities for impact investing.
  • Originate high-quality impact investment opportunities as part of the Impact Investing Team.
  • Conduct thorough due diligence, structuring, and funding recommendations for impact investments.
  • Maintain relationships with stakeholders, including Legal and Finance teams, third-party legal firms, and external consultants.
  • Drive impact investing capability building within the organization.
  • Establish relationships with other investors to leverage capital into impactful investments.
Requirements
  • Relevant undergraduate qualification with 6–8 years of professional experience in impact investing or related fields.
  • Strong background in financial analysis, modeling, and business plan assessment.
  • Able to distill complex data insights into clear, actionable recommendations.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Organized, methodical, and able to manage competing priorities effectively.
  • Demonstrated judgment, attention to detail, and quality output.
