Strategic Investment Specialist

Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled Strategic Investment Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for all aspects of private equity investing, including researching and assessing domestic & global markets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Meet with target company management teams and founders
- Develop investment theses and coordinate with domain experts globally
- Research and assess domestic & global markets
- Participate in deal structuring and investment documentation
- Build and maintain relationships with management teams and partners
Requirements and Qualifications:
- More than 7 years experience across consulting, banking or investing with at least 3 years of investing experience
- Commercially savvy investor mindset and ability to self-direct, evaluate and form independent judgments
- Team player with positive attitude, strong work ethic and high energy
- Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail and follow-through
- Excellent process management skills and ability to manage upward
Ideal Candidate Profile:
The ideal candidate will possess a unique blend of commercial acumen, technical skills, and interpersonal skills. They will have a proven track record of success in private equity investing and be able to effectively interact and build relationships with senior management, intermediaries and global stakeholders.
