Role Summary:

As a Rostering Coordinator, you will play a vital role in ensuring the efficient allocation of support workers to provide services to National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) participants. You will be responsible for scheduling and coordinating support workers while maintaining compliance with NDIS guidelines and organisational policies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain rosters for support workers in accordance with participant care plans and availability.
  • Ensure efficient allocation of shifts while considering worker skills, participant preferences, and compliance requirements.
  • Respond to last-minute changes, cancellations, and urgent shift requirements.
  • Communicate roster changes effectively with staff and participants.

Participant & Staff Coordination:

As a key member of our team, you will liaise with NDIS participants, families, and support coordinators to ensure services align with individual needs. This includes matching support workers to participants based on skills, experience, and preferences, and ensuring that workers are allocated in line with agreed hours in NDIS service agreements.

Compliance & Administration:

You will be responsible for maintaining accurate records of shifts, hours worked, and any changes to schedules. Additionally, you will ensure compliance with NDIS requirements, employment agreements, and workplace health & safety standards, supporting payroll and invoicing processes by verifying timesheets and attendance records.

Requirements:

  • Administration: 3 years
  • Australia Work Authorisation: Required

Additional Information:

This is a part-time, permanent position working Monday to Friday with an expected 30 hours per week. The successful candidate will be paid up to $33.00 per hour.
