**We're seeking an Administrator experienced in roster management and/or staff resource allocation to join our Perioperative Services at The Wesley Hospital in a permanent, full-time Roster Coordinator position.**

- Joining our team as the Roster Coordinator, you will be responsible for effective rostering, scheduling and allocation of staff across the perioperative department to ensure resourcing meets patient demand for service delivery.- You will work collaboratively with the leadership team to ensure rosters reflect resource needs at the appropriate levels and skills required, provide insights to support the identification and actioning of any workforce related issues, liaise with staff to input and update requests such as shift changes and ensure rosters are completed and available in a timely manner.- To be successful, you will demonstrate:
- Previous experience in roster management and/or staff resource allocation
- Experience in the Not for Profit and/or health sector
- Excellent organisational and time management skills with ability to prioritise
- Highly developed communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Numerical and planning skills relevant to roster coordination and management
- Competent use of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel Spreadsheets
- Demonstrated analytical skills to identify risk and make recommendations for change
- Ability to gain and present meaningful insights from workforce analytics to inform workforce priorities
- Business administration qualification - _desirable_
